Because each order is carefully packed and shipped by hand, I do not accept returns or exchanges unless an item arrives damaged or there is an issue with your order.

If your order arrives damaged, please contact me within 7 days of delivery with:

• Your order number
• Photos of the damaged item
• Photos of the packaging

I'll gladly send a replacement or issue a refund if appropriate.

If your package is lost in transit, please contact me and I'll work with you to find a solution.

Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. I cannot replace or refund orders shipped to an incorrect address provided at checkout.

 

Orders are typically shipped within 3–5 business days. Once your package has been shipped, you will receive tracking information by email.
